Well, it’s a blog. To the extent that it can be categorized, Because Of Our Behavior, Yo![1] is a lifestyle blog…? (“Opinion blog” would be redundant, yes?) If the author didn’t have such massive blindspots, it might be called “cultural criticism”—but she does. Sports, for example. The author knows jack about sports, unless her husband mentions an item of sports trivia or an athlete appears in the pages of US Weekly (which, for the record, the author reads strictly for research purposes). The author also knows little about whiskey, porn, or whatever happens inside bars, clubs, or anywhere else that is not her condo past 11 p.m. She is, in short, a real drag.
In the main, BOOB, Yo! consists of reflections on topics the author deems worthy of scrutiny.[2] Rather lazy scrutiny.[3]
